We want to make sure there are Stanley Cup playoffs this year and we don't think the NHL or the NHLPA should prevent the Cup from being awarded if the NHL season is cancelled due to the lockout. Got this link, looks like a commercial but I haven't seen it on TV yet. The strike kinda pisses me off because I am heading for Toronto towards the end of November and I could have made time to catch a game ... since I didn't have tickets for the one that was supposed to be a the Moncton Coliseum tomorrow night.

Women are golden ...
The underdog Canadian women's hockey team kicked some US ass last night in a great game. The score was 3-2. Exciting to the last second. Let's hope the men's team won't disappoint either. Now I wonder how long before we see the women's team beat the men's team? After reading this story, it may not be that long!
